Ways to Install Styles to Capture One

There are several ways to install styles to Capture One. You can either load styles through the Capture One menu or copy the styles directly to the specific Capture One style working repository.

Installation from within Capture One :

You can also just go to the "Adjustments" tab in the Capture One menu and click on "Styles", "import". Then select the styles one by one from your local repository and click “import”. After the installation, the styles will show in your menu under User Styles.

Copy Styles to Windows Computer:

Extract the content of the archive file to your local hard drive:

C:\Users\*user name*\AppData\Roaming\Local\CaptureOne\Styles50AppData

The folder is hidden by default. To make the folder visible, you have to enter the folder options in Windows Explorer and check the option to show hidden folders and files.

Copy Styles to Mac Computer:

Extract the content of the archive file to your local hard drive:

/Users/*user name*/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Styles

The folder is hidden by default. To make the folder visible, you have to enter the folder Mac Finder and press on you keyboard “shift” + “cmd” + “.”.
